Creative Europe's Desk in Estonia

Creative Europe Desk Estonia is part of the European Union’s broader Creative Europe initiative, a major programme dedicated to supporting cultural and creative sectors across Europe.

The programme exists to strengthen cultural diversity, support creative industries, encourage innovation, and help organizations adapt to changing digital and economic realities.

With the 2021-2027 programme period expanding to a €2.44 billion budget, the initiative entered a new phase focused not only on culture, but also on digital transformation, sustainability, inclusivity, and long-term sector resilience.

The digital experience needed to evolve alongside that ambition.

The challenge

The existing website no longer fully reflected the scope, energy, and forward-looking direction of the programme.

The platform needed to communicate complex information clearly while serving a broad audience that included:

The new website better reflects the ambitions of the wider Creative Europe programme while improving usability, accessibility, and overall communication clarity.
