Creative Europe's Desk in Estonia

Creative Europe's Desk Estonia is part of the European Union’s Creative Europe programme, a key initiative that supports the cultural and creative sectors across Europe. With a substantial budget increase for 2021-2027, totaling €2.44 billion, the programme invests in cultural diversity and helps creative industries navigate digital transformation, environmental sustainability, and economic growth.

The programme’s primary objectives are to:

• Safeguard, develop, and promote European cultural and linguistic diversity and heritage.
• Increase the competitiveness and economic potential of the cultural and creative sectors, with a particular focus on the audiovisual industry.
• Support sectoral recovery while fostering inclusivity, digital innovation, and environmental responsibility.

To align with these ambitions, Xfiner was entrusted with a full website makeover for Creative Europe's Desk Estonia. Our work included UX/UI design and Webflow development, integrating refined animations and a seamless digital experience that reflects the programme’s forward-thinking vision.

The new website ensures accessibility, clarity, and a visually engaging platform for professionals in the cultural and creative sectors. Through thoughtful design and modern web development, we created a space that effectively communicates the programme’s mission, initiatives, and opportunities.
