A large scale business app design project for an American insurance company.

Insurance inspections are rarely simple.

For XBQ Control, managing that complexity through disconnected spreadsheets and fragmented workflows had become increasingly limiting.

The challenge

The assignment was ambitious from the start.

XBQ Control required two tightly connected systems:

  • An internal management platform for policies and operations
  • A mobile application for outdoor inspectors conducting field assessments

Both systems needed to work together smoothly while supporting highly detailed operational workflows inside the insurance inspection process.
