ICP-based design and full Webflow solution for a London law firm GigaLegal

Most law firm websites look interchangeable.
The same stock imagery. The same vague promises. The same generic messaging trying to appeal to everyone at once.
GigaLegal wanted something very different.
The firm needed a digital presence that reflected the quality of its legal expertise while speaking more directly to the people they actually wanted to attract.
Not more traffic.
Better-fit clients.
That became the foundation of Xfiner’s collaboration with GigaLegal.
The challenge
The project was centered around a clear strategic objective:
Create a more targeted, audience-aligned web experience built around GigaLegal’s ideal customer profile (ICP).
The existing digital presence no longer reflected the level of positioning, clarity, and trust expected from a modern London law firm operating in a highly competitive environment.
The new platform needed to:
- Improve audience alignment
- Strengthen positioning
- Increase qualified inquiries
- Clarify service communication
- Improve usability
- Simplify content management
At the same time, the project also involved migrating extensive legacy content from the existing WordPress environment without disrupting the firm’s operational continuity.
Designing around the right audience
Rather than designing for everyone, Xfiner focused heavily on understanding the specific audiences GigaLegal wanted to attract.
The design and structure were shaped around:
- Client expectations
- Trust signals
- Communication clarity
- Information hierarchy
- Decision-making behavior
- Legal service discoverability
The goal was to create a digital experience that felt more precise, more professional, and more aligned with the types of clients GigaLegal serves best.
Building a modern Webflow foundation
The entire platform was designed and developed in Webflow, giving GigaLegal a more flexible and scalable content management environment compared to the previous WordPress setup.
The migration process included:
- News articles
- FAQ content
- Existing core pages
- Legacy materials
- Structural SEO considerations
The result was a significantly cleaner and easier-to-manage system designed to support ongoing growth without the maintenance burden often associated with traditional WordPress environments.
Collaboration beyond the screen
As part of the engagement, Xfiner visited the GigaLegal team on-site at Aldgate Tower in London during Q1 2025.
The collaboration benefited from close communication, shared strategic direction, and mutual focus on long-term positioning rather than superficial redesign decisions.
That alignment helped ensure the final result reflected not only modern UX principles, but also the realities of how legal clients evaluate and choose firms online.
The outcome
The redesigned platform gave GigaLegal:
- A clearer digital positioning
- A more audience-focused experience
- Improved content management workflows
- Stronger operational flexibility
- A better foundation for qualified inbound inquiries
Most importantly, the website now communicates the firm’s professionalism and expertise with significantly greater clarity and confidence.
Designing trust for professional services
In legal services, design is not decoration.
It directly influences perceived credibility, trustworthiness, and decision-making.
This project became another example of how ICP-led UX/UI strategy can help professional service firms attract better-fit opportunities by communicating more clearly to the right audience.
Because the strongest websites are not the ones trying to impress everyone.
They are the ones that resonate deeply with the right people.
