Xfiner headlined the Webflow London Meetup in April 2025

In April 2025, the Webflow community gathered in Shoreditch, London, and Xfiner’s Lauri Post was on stage as the keynote speaker. The event took place at Albert House, where we spoke on a topic close to our heart: WordPress vs Webflow, a comparison from practice, not theory.
Big thanks to the Webflow team, Chris Skitch, and the agency Design by Structure for excellent organization, and also to Antony Xenophontos for his insightful talk on Webflow Enterprise. It was, honestly, a fantastic evening.
What we spoke about
After more than ten years with WordPress and the past years deep in the Webflow world, we shared our experience and compared the platforms across key areas:
- time investment and speed of work
- design freedom and creative space
- collaboration with developers vs no-code workflows
- client relationships and achieving results
- technical quality, testing, bugs, and reliability
- project management and production pipelines
The audience was engaged, they related, and the conversation moved in the right direction. This kind of open and meaningful exchange is exactly what we hope for from a great meetup.
Games, neon, and good humor
The evening ended at NQ64, a retro arcade bar that felt like a time machine full of neon lights, old-school video games, and longer conversations about design, Webflow, and life in general. A perfect way to close an inspiring day in great company.
The next day was already filled with new meetings. London has a special energy, and we love being here.
